korean citizen ba ang asawa mo?

kc sa pag kaka alam ko pinahihintulutan lang maging korean citizen ang bata kung isa sa inyong magasawa ang citizen d2 sa korea
pro kung pareho po kaung pinoy mins ang nationality ng anak mo is Filipino.
ang alam ko kc indi dahil d2 mo ipinanganak ang bata mins korean citizen na cia depende un sa kung anong citizenship ng magulang nya.

actually parehas kaming pinoy i just heard some rumors regarding about the possibility pero wala pa naman confirmation kaya nag-decide ako na magtanong sa iba at if ever kung meron i'd like to know the procedures....thanks in advance...GOD BLESS

sariling opinyon ko lng po ito kabayang jetrick...kung ang pareho po kayong TNT ng misis ninyo ay malabo po na maging Korean citizen ang baby ninyo since sabi mo nga pareho kayong pinoy not unless isa nga sa inyo ay Korean citizen na...pero kung pareho po kayong TNT ay malamang sa hindi maaaprubahan kung sakali mag apply kayo..ayon po kasi sa batas ang qualified mag file na residency maliban doon sa pinoy/pinay married to korean citizens ay dapat legally staying for a period of at least 5yrs straight na wlang exit...sana po nakatulong

Hindi po pwede yung iba nga rito na may asawang korean na nag stay more than 5 years na. na wlang ipapakita na malaking halagang pera or documents ng mga ari arian ay hindi pwedeng ma ilakad dahil may mga requirments po. hope it will help out

Maging citizen po b ang married to korean at least 5 years stay without EXIT???kasi nabasa ko hikorea.go.kr na pwede maging citizen kahit uuwi ang pinay sa pinas.in such a way na hindi counted ang length of ur vacation.ili-less un kung ilang years ka dito s korea..

sa pagkakaintindi ko po sa immigration policy, if you are married to a Korean National, you can be a Korean Citizen thru Simplified Naturalization Category...

below are the detailed requirements for you to apply...

1) Must be legally adult according to the Korean Civil Law
2) Must have good conduct
3) Must have the ability to maintain living on his/her own assets or skills; or is a dependent member of a family capable of the feat (meaning yung asawa mong Korean national can show enough assets or has a stable job)
4) Must have basic knowledge befitting a Korean national; such as understanding of the Korean language, customs and culture
5) For the past 2 (or more) consecutive years, maintained marriage status with the spouse and kept residence in Korea
6) For the past 3 (or more) consecutive years, maintained marriage status and have spent more than 1 year in Korea
