i wanna ask kung pano mg apply ng visa sa korea since ung staff namen nanggaling n ng korea good for 90days only we wanted sana na ibalik cla ulit dun na good for 1year we have a bodega here in philippines and ung boss namen ng open din ng bodega jan sa korea thats why newly operated na bodega ng polyester fiber ang kaso we dont know what kind of visa we have to apply for our staff as a techician anybody there can suggest the possible way to go there and we have to do? thanks

I think you can apply for E7 Visa. Yung boss mo ba ay korean? Then he need to visit the Ministry of Justice to request the application for Certificate of Confirmation for Visa Issuance for E7 sa staff nyo.

The documents that must be submitted are:

a. applicant’s passport;
b. completed application form with passport-sized photograph;
c. letter of invitation from the local company confirming the purpose of the applicant’s employment in Korea;
d. copy of diploma or certificate of qualification of applicant;
e. employment reference by the Minister of the relevant Ministry;
f. employment contract;
g. documents relating to the establishment of public or private organizations, including a certified copy of the company registration or business entity certificate, etc. of the local company;
h. affidavit of support from the local company duly notarized by a Notary Public of Korea; and
i. resume or personal work history of applicant.

E7 Visa ako at 8yrs na me dito sa Korea.

Tama ka, yung employer ang unang gagawa ng steps. Kapag na approved na sya then ipapadala nya sayo yung CCVI then pwede ka na punta sa Korean Embassy submit mo yung CCVI together with other documents like passport, employment contract at photos.

For 1st application bigyan ka lang ng 1yr validity ng E7 Visa then renewable sya as long as you have contract with the employer. kapag regular na renew mo, pwede ka na kumuha every 2years validity ng visa.

gd pm po sir Emart.due to what you had posted,small buss.can't avail e7 visa..how can we determine a small and big buss?Do korean law have the basis for that?Is degree holder lng po ba ang entitled to it?di po ba pwede short courses?halimbawa 4 short courses natapos nya at medyo related dun sa buss.Lastly,wouldn't be a denial for a visa if the applicant doesn't know the sjangnim personally?medyo nalilito ksi me,help po pls..
