What are the following requirements for e7 working visa after ko makuha ang visa number ko from Korea?

Kasi punta ako sa Korean Consulate dito sa Cebu but binigyan lang ako ng requirements for tourist.

Wla akong ITR coz wla pa akong TIN number.. Kailangan ba talaga ang ITR for immigrant workers?

First time ko pa to mag-process for immigrant work..

E-7 visa is reserved for all other special activities that are specially designated by the Ministry of Justice. Therefore, if you are going to be working for a domestic, Korean company and you possess certain skills or knowledge that are unavailable in the Korean domestic market, such as foreign attorneys and tax accountants,engineers, IT, overseas business supports, etc then this E-7 visa is probably for you. It should be noted that E-7 visa is generally granted for only those positions that are difficult to fill with domestic Korean employees due to the shortage of Korean workers.

The documents that must be submitted are:

a. applicant’s passport;
b. completed application form with passport-sized photograph;
c. letter of invitation from the local company confirming the purpose of the applicant’s employment in Korea;
d. copy of diploma or certificate of qualification of applicant;
e. employment reference by the Minister of the relevant Ministry;
f. employment contract;
g. documents relating to the establishment of public or private organizations, including a certified copy of the company registration or business entity certificate, etc. of the local company;
h. affidavit of support from the local company duly notarized by a Notary Public of Korea; and
i. resume or personal work history of applicant.

In my case, ung employer ko kinuha lang ung resume, TOR, diploma at working certificates ko at pina-pirma ako sa contract of employment. After that pinadala ko lahat ung original docs to Korea.. para to sa CCVI or Certificate of Confirmation for Visa Issuance... Ask mo lang ung sponsor mo kung ano ang kailangan nya para ma-process ung CCVI mo....

hi krizzy ano na status ng apply u, may ccvi no. knb? kc ganyan din ung employer ko xerox plng ng documents ko ang kinkuha, kailangan b tlg ung original documents para sa ccvi?

hi po shining....nisubmit ko na po dun sa employer ko yun mga papers ko and sabi nila npprocess na...di ko po kasi masagot yun question nyo pero ako po kasi walang employer dito, full time mom po kasi ako and nakahanap lng yun friend ko ng mgssponsor sakin dun....ask mo po c kuya emart baka matutulungan ka nya..thanks and godbless

you mean exam sa klt-korean language test>
are you already a registered applicant for korea- poea website?
if you are then mag study kana and be ready sa mga requirements
for upcoming registration in your area. visit poea.gov.ph sa mga location for registration.

maraming sample examination na mahanap mo sa website. like poea.gov.ph or eps.go.kr

hello po sa lahat...i all read your conversation...i really want to work in korea...kahit sa factory lng..but my problem is wala mag sponsor sakin..di ko alam kanino ko hihingi ng tulong..im a single mom at hirap ng mag hanap ng work dito pinas at di sapat ang kinikita..if meron lng na tutulong sakin tatanawin ko ng malaking utang na loob.im really desperate na..i self study how to read and write korean...may alam narin ako konti ng korean inaqbot ako ng 2years sa pag aaral..hirap din kc.marunong narin me kumanta ng korean song.i always practice.i really want to work there..im hoping po na makakuha din ako ng CCVI if you trust in me.....i keep on praying po....
