Magandang araw din po! Kung talagang gusto ng employer ng husband mo na sya ay i-re--employ pwede po , Sa revised act po pag katapos ng 1st 3
years sojourn and if the employer wished to re- employ the foreign worker, the employer can rehire or re-employ the foreign worker for 1 year and 10 months po.
But , I, would like also to make it clear na based din sa revised act, the local labor security center can restrict the Employer to hire or re- employ a foreign workers,
Kasi tinitingnan din po nila yung proportion numbers ng korean workers and foreign workers in a certain company.,or baka naman may violation ang current company ng MR. mo for example... (human rights violation, delayed wages or other violation of Standard labor act) . kaya hindi pinapayagan mag hire or mag re- employ ng Foreign or , deli nman kaya nahulihan po ng irregular workers.(TNT) ang current company ng mr, po ninyo.kaya cancel din po ang special employment permit ng company.to hire or re-employ a foreign worker..... Pag ganon po ang situation hindi po talaga maka pag hire ang employer ng MR po ninyo.....
Doon naman po sa 2nd question kung pwede pa uli mag apply sa POEA para maka pag work uli dito ..pwede po... if he or she met the minimum qualification po ,for example po sa age limit not more 38 years old at kailangan pumasa uli sya KLT exam...... kung qualified pa po sya balik po sa dating processo...
