hello kabayang cutegrace,

for "kukmin yeongeum" or in english "National Pension Scheme (NPS)", ang monthly contribution natin ay based on 9% of our monthly basic salary wherein 50% of that is to to be deducted from our monthly salary while the other 50% shall be paid by our employer... if you like to know your current total contribution, you better contact or visit NPS Regional Office where you're company belongs... please refer to our portal page here in our website (you can see at the upper-right side, NPS Guidelines)...

for "toejigeum" or in english "severance pay" ay ma-avail lang natin if we work for one year or more sa isang company... and yung company ay merong 5 or more legal employees...less than that, based on Korean Standard Labor Act, hindi po obliged ang employer to pay his employees with "severance pay". for complete details on how to compute your "severance pay" when you leave the company, please click HERE.

hope this will help... Very Happy
