paaano ko po makukuha ang baby ko s pinas?

good day po.. eps worker po ako..nanganak po ko dito, husband ko po eps din..ask ko lng po kung pno ko po mkukuha ang baby ko s pinas..inuwi ko po kc xa pgktpos ko po mngank at npregister..my visa din po xa..ano po b mga requirements? tnx po

because I,need to gathered the correct information
bago ilatag natin yong kasagutan dito.

According to:"Guide To Employment In Korea For foreign Workers"
What Foreign Workers Need to Know When Working in Korea


Paragraph 1.LEGAL STATUS OF FOREIGN WORKERS

Sub Paragraph 5.Ito ang nakasaad

Foreign Workers may not be accompanied
by any family members while they are
employed in KOREA...

Unfortunately, because both you were EPS Workers
What I' m saying is kong kayo mismo ang gagawa ng
hakbang para kuhanin ninyo ang inyong anak I'm
sure na may batas ng Korea kayo na lalabagin..In this case
No chance na makuha po ninyo ang inyong anak...


But I suggest also na pwede kayo kumunsulta sa ating Philippine
Consulate para sa karagadagan infomation, I'm sure may ibang
paraan pa para maksama nyo ang inyong Baby even in a short period time...

good day po..actually po dito ko po pinanganak ang baby ko..and bago ko po xa inuwi pinaregister ko po sya s immigration.. so wla po bng chance n mkuha ko xa tlg dto? ang visa nya po kc is F2...my alien card dn po xa...thnks po

Sa pagkakaalam ko, once na inuwi mo na sya ay cancelled na yung F2 Visa nya at Alien card, unless ikinuha mo sya ng re-entry sa immigration bago mo sya inuwi.
