A) For 44 hours work week system - Less than 20 employees

Example: For The MOnth of January 2010

-- Assuming Na 2 weeks sa pangabi and 2 weeks sa pang Umaga
2 weeks na pang-gabi ( 5 days 12 hours and only 4 hours on every Saturday, Sunday day off)
From Jan. 1 to Jan 17 .
from jan. 18 to jan 31 Pang- araw only 8 hrs.

A-- 2010 MINIMUM wage For 44 hours = 928,860 K. won or 4,110 K. won /hr

B-- OT Rate per Hr. = 4,110 X 150%=6,165 K. won /hr

C--- Night Differential Pay per hour= 4,110 X 50% =2,055 K.Won

Total gross Salary= A + B + c

For A = 928,860 K, won the minimum wage for 44 hours work week system

For B= Please Refer To Month of Januanry Example 1st and 2nd week pangabi po kayo
at during saturday 4 hours lng po kayo( from Jan. 1 to 17 pangabi )
so bali po 11 days po na 12 hours ang inyong pasok
Minus po natin yong total Break time na 1.5 hours po.

therefore: total OT For 11 days X 2.5 hours per night shift= 27.5 hrs

For B= Total OT for 2 weeksX OT rate per Hour X 150%
= 27.5 hours X 4,110 X 150%
= 169,537.5 K. won

For C = From 22 pm to 06 am minus Break time which1.5 hour per shift X 50 %

= 11 days X 6.5 Hours per shift X(4,110X 50%-- Night Differentail pay per Hr.)
= 71.5 Hours X 2,055 K.won/hr.
= 146,932.5 K.won

Plus po yong 2 days na 4 hours lng yong pasok ninyo
For example 19 pm to 07 am ang pasok po ninyo
yong 4hours is only 1 hr yong may Night DiFF.pay
2hours X 4110 X 50% = 4,110 K.won

Therefore: For C= 146,932.5 + 4,110
= 151,042.5 K. won




Therefore : ToTal Gross Salary = A + B + C
= 928,860 K.won + 169, 537.5 K. won + 151,042.5 K. won

Total gross salary = 1,249,440 K.won ( subject for Deduction)

Note: No need to compute po Yong last 2 weeks na pang-umaga kasi 8 hours - is
only your regular working hours From January 18 to 31.
thats already included in the minimum wage....

ang alam ko 1.6 to 1.7 yan kasi inaabot ng sahod ko monday to friday yagan chugan...12 hrs kesok

eh 2 weeks nga sya pang umaga at 8 hrs lang so ibig sabihin wala sya ot for 2 weeks...

sir ang pasok po namin monday - friday 8:30pm-8:30 my break po kmi 12:30 midnyte-1:30am po.. straigth yagan po ako at sabado pasok ko po ay 5:30pm-1:30am n po staright yun walang break pagsabado..at my pasok po ako ng sunday magkano po ang rate ng pasok ko tuwing sunday? at magkano po ang rate ng dapat n sasahurin ko s isang buwan paano po b ang computations nito..especially yung sunday po?...less than 20 employee po kami d2 s kumpanya..salamat po! monday- friday 8:30am-8:30pm breaktime 12:30noon - 1:30pm saturday & sunday 5:30pm-1:30am....no breaktime.....yan po ang skedyul nmin....

Night Differntial from 22:00 pm to 06:00 am break time is excluded in the computation.....
Ot rate / hr=4110X 150% =6,165 Night Differential pay/ hr.=4,110X 50%= 2,055


For the Month Of March.
From 20:30 pm to 08 :30 am total is 12 hrs. minus break time 1 hr according to you..
So 8 hrs regular working hours & 3 hrs. Overtime.....

From Monday To friday and from March 01 to march 31= 23 days

A. Overtime Pay (Mon. To Fr.) = 23 daysX 3 hrs X 6,165 = 425,385

B. Night Differential Pay ( Mon. to Fri. )= 23 daysX 7 hours. X 2,055 won /hr=330,855 won.

4 saturdays for the month of March....4 hours is regular working hrs ,,, 4 hours is overtime rate.
C. OT Pay ( For 4 sat)= 4 sat. X 4 hrs X 6,165 =98,640 won
D. Night Diff. ( Fr 4 sat.)=4 X 3 hrs X 2,055= 24,660


4 Sundays For the Month of March...From 17:30 Pm to 01:30 am = 8 hrs.considered as OT

E.OT Pay= 4 Sun. X 8 hoursX 6,165 =197,280

F. Night DiFF. pay= 4 X 3 hrs. 2,055= 24,660

TOTAL GROSS SALARY= MW + A + B+ C+ D +E +F
= 928, 860 + 425,385 + 330,855 +98,640 +24,600+ 197, 280 + 24,660
= 2,030,160 K. Won...

Pang Araw po
The same po ang inyong pasok every sat.and Sundays... 17:30 pm to 01:30 am

Minus nyo lng po yung Night Differential pay From MON. to Fri. yun ang Sahod ng Pang araw....
Total Gross Salary= 928,860 +425,385+98,640+ 197,80+ 24,660 + 24,660

based on the above computations, i think the discrepancy of the calculations of our monthly salary is a matter of concern. If i may ask, how would you compute our monthly salary if our working schedule goes like this:

yagan / chugan (weekly rotation)

chugan:

08:30am - 11:00pm (monday to friday)
08:30am - 07:30pm (saturday)
08:30am - 05:30pm (sunday)
01:00pm - 02:00pm (breaktime)

*more or less 15 minutes breaktime after 7:30pm for dinner


yagan:

07:30pm - 08:30am (monday to saturday); sunday - no work
03:00am - 04:00am (breaktime)

*more or less 15 minutes breaktime before 12:00am for dinner

this is our regular schedule, gusto ko lang po mlaman ang basic computations for this and then ako n lang po bahala mag adjust pag may changes kc po minsan kapag chugan weekdays, nagpapaalam ako until 7:30pm lang (once or twice a week) or pag sunday di ako work pwede naman kapagod din ah pag kesok.

we're less than 20 in the company po pala.
