E8 Visa to E9-2 Visa

kabayan,
para po sa katulad kong mga dating E8 visa ang pasok dito(tru agency)na naging E9-2 .....
mag-5 taon na po kami ngayong DECEMBER. paano po kaya ang status ng stay namin d2?
since 5 years lang pa ata ang allowed na pag stay d2. kasali po ba sa 5 years yung pagka -E8 namin noon?

kabayan,
kailan po na-changed yung E-8 visa status nyo to E-9 (EPS)?

as far as I know, hindi po kasali sa counting of sojourn period under E-9 ang stay in Korea under E-8... so after 3-yrs of sojourn under E-9, you can still be rehired by your current employer for another 3-yrs unless hindi pa po ma-approve ang additional 2-yrs sojourn... granting ma-approve na before your 3-yrs sojourn will expire, you can still continuously stay in Korea for additional 2-yrs...

natapos ko na e-8 ng 3 years tapos patapos na ako ng 3 years as e-9 may recontract pa ba ako ?

hi oliva,

have confirmed from Minsitry of Labor that under old policy, whether your visa is under E-8 or E-9 category upon entering to Korea, you're only allowed to work for a total of 6-years (3yrs + 3 yrs)... after 6-years, you cannot be rehired anymore... but you can still apply back to Korea under E-9 after 6-months of stay in the Phil. under normal process...

1) take and pass KLT exam
2) if passed, your name will be included in the centralized job roster list
3) wait until an employer hires you

gud pm po,,,ilang eps po ba ang pwede magwork sa isang cmpany??kc kami 10 na,,my papasok pa isa,,ang alam q kc 10 lang,,hihigit pa po ba sa 10???

depende po yan sa total number of Korean workers according to ratio and proportion policy... ang Ministry if Labor lang po ang pwede magdecide dyan... if the Ministry of Labor approves the employers application to hire more foreign workers, then it should not be a problem at all...

Korek ka dyan dave..dito sa amin umabot kami dati na may 48 EPS pinoy workers
